Course Overview

This self-paced 8-week program will guide you through a series of workshops that dive into the details of how the adrenal glands work, their impacts on the body, how they help tolerate stress, and actions you can take to ensure their long term health. We’ll talk about burnout and fatigue, and spend time learning about the intricacies of other key organs in the body and how they interact with your adrenal glands to support (or detract from) whole-body health.

Each of my eight sessions builds on the one before it. Along your journey, you will learn, you will grow, and you will come out equipped and empowered to reclaim your throne!

Combatting Adrenal Fatigue: from Burnout to Burn Bright includes the following:

  • Eight modules that take you through a journey to understanding why and how adrenal fatigue occurs, how it leads to burnout, how to manage it, and lifelong tools to prevent it in the future. Then we will go deep into other systems that relate to and support adrenal function, including the thyroid gland— topics we discussed briefly in my recent live course — allowing you to understand and support your body as a whole. Along the way we’ll cover several topics of treatment used to restore adrenal function and rise up from burnout, including lifestyle hacks, dietary regimens, specific nutrients, hormonal support, and botanical medicine. Lastly, we’ll cover the importance of sleep and how to optimize it.

  • Video tutorials to guide you through the program — all available to watch at your own pace.

  • A community to support you through your journey and to lift you up when you need encouragement.

  • Weekly Live Q&A sessions so you can ask me any questions that arise and get real-time answers
